Toolroom milling operator wanted in Murray County

Vacancy available: we are hiring a toolroom milling operator in Murray County, Minnesota. The job is at a fabrication and machining plant. On a typical shift you will carry out daily lubrication and routine machine maintenance; deburr and finish machined edges with files and emery; measure features with vernier callipers, micrometers and bore gauges; hold close tolerances down to ±0.02 mm; set tool offsets and the work zero (G54) using an edge finder or probe. What we are looking for: • Able to read engineering drawings and interpret GD&T • Physically fit to stand and lift workpieces • Knows feeds, speeds and tooling for steel, aluminium and cast iron We offer $3,900 per month plus benefits.
