Great opportunity: we are hiring a plumber in City of Staunton, Virginia. You will work in the maintenance team of a facilities company. On a typical shift you will cut, thread and join pipes with solvent cement or threaded connections; connect overhead and underground water tanks; install and repair water supply lines using PPR, CPVC and GI fittings; lay soil and waste drainage lines to the correct fall; detect and fix leaks at joints and concealed pipework. What we are looking for: • Willing to attend emergency call-outs • Sound knowledge of PPR, CPVC, PVC and GI pipe systems • Physically fit for lifting, bending and crawling At least 1 year(s) in a similar role.
