Scullery hand — Sarasota County

Now hiring: we are hiring a scullery hand in Sarasota County, Florida. You will be based at a cloud kitchen. You will clean extractor-hood filters and degrease the walls; help unload deliveries and store stock in the dry store and cold room; polish glasses and cutlery and stack them ready at the pass; mop the floors and wipe down kitchen surfaces and splashbacks; load and run the commercial dishwashing machine through wash cycles. What we are looking for: • Basic food hygiene awareness (Level 2 certificate a plus) • Good teamwork with chefs and floor staff Freshers welcome — about 4 years of practice is enough. $2,600 per month, negotiable for the right hands.
