Oven operator wanted in Clarke County

We are recruiting: we are hiring an oven operator in Clarke County, Georgia. Ideal candidate: • Familiar with deck, rack and convection ovens • Food handler / hygiene certificate Day to day you will proof and fry doughnuts, then glaze them; load and unload the deck oven with a peel; boil sugar syrup for glazes and icing; laminate puff and croissant dough by folding in the butter; rotate stock and follow FIFO on raw materials; keep work surfaces and equipment clean to food-safety standards.
