Urgent requirement: stitching operator (New York)

Great opportunity: we are hiring a stitching operator in Saratoga County, New York. What we are looking for: • 2+ years on industrial sewing machines in a garment factory • Good eyesight and steady hands for fine, accurate stitching • ITI / tailoring certificate is a plus On the job you will handle: • Thread the machine, wind bobbins and balance top and bottom tension • Topstitch and edge-stitch with the correct margin for a clean finish • Inspect each piece for skipped stitches, broken thread and needle holes • Sew bartacks and buttonholes and attach buttons where required • Attach collars, cuffs, plackets, pockets and waistbands as per the spec sheet A stable, long-term role with a friendly crew.
