Elevator repair technician — Lyon County

Now hiring: we are hiring an elevator repair technician in Lyon County, Minnesota. The job is at a busy lift company. Your main tasks: • Install guide rails, brackets and counterweight frames in the hoistway • Fill in the service logbook and statutory inspection paperwork • Service the traction motor, brake and gearbox • Respond to entrapment call-outs and release trapped passengers What we are looking for: • 2+ years on lift installation and maintenance • Physically fit to lift heavy components and crawl in tight spaces • Willing to join the on-call/emergency breakdown rota 4+ years on the tools preferred.
