Ideal candidate: • Strong knife skills and speed on the line • 2+ years' experience as a cook in a busy kitchen • Able to lift heavy stock pots and sacks of supplies Day-to-day duties: • Chop, dice and portion vegetables, fish and meat • Marinate meats and prepare curries, gravies and bases • Follow standardised recipes and stick to portion sizes • Manage the tandoor and skewer kebabs $4,100 per month, negotiable for the right hands.
