Lift technician — Rice County

We are recruiting: we are hiring a lift technician in Rice County, Kansas. You should have: • Working knowledge of EN 81 / IS 14665 lift safety standards • Sound electrical competence in three-phase and low-voltage wiring Your main tasks: • Fault-find control circuits with a multimeter and test instruments • Carry out planned preventive maintenance and grease the guide shoes • Install guide rails, brackets and counterweight frames in the hoistway • Set and test the overspeed governor and safety gear • Service the traction motor, brake and gearbox • Run load and overload tests with test weights $120 per day, negotiable for the right hands. Rotating shifts. Walk-in interviews this week.
