On the job you will handle: • Shape loaves, rolls, baguettes and buns by hand • Keep work surfaces and equipment clean to food-safety standards • Decorate cakes with icing, fondant and fresh cream • Monitor oven temperature and baking time for each batch Requirements: • Able to stand for long hours in a hot kitchen • Understanding of food-safety and HACCP basics Rotating shifts.
