Cabinet maker wanted in Marion County

Urgent requirement: we are hiring a cabinet maker in Marion County, Kentucky. You will work at a shopfitting company. What we are looking for: • Sound knowledge of timber types, grades and fixings • NVQ Level 2/3 in Carpentry and Joinery or equivalent You will install skirting boards, architraves and dado rails; plane and sand timber to a smooth, square finish; cut mortise-and-tenon and dovetail joints with chisels and a mallet; measure and mark out timber using a tape, square and marking gauge; hang internal and external doors, fitting hinges, locks and handles; finish surfaces with varnish, wax, lacquer or wood stain. Freshers welcome — about 1 years of practice is enough. $3,200 per month, negotiable for the right hands. On-the-job training and a clear path to grow. Rotating shifts. Contact us to fix an interview.
