Dish pit attendant wanted in Cooke County

Join our team: we are hiring a dish pit attendant in Cooke County, Texas. Ideal candidate: • Good teamwork with chefs and floor staff • Basic food hygiene awareness (Level 2 certificate a plus) • Able to stand on your feet for long shifts Day-to-day duties: • Clean extractor-hood filters and degrease the walls • Scrub out grease traps and clear blocked drains and gullies • Mop the floors and wipe down kitchen surfaces and splashbacks • Clean, drain and descale the dish machine at the end of each shift • Empty bins, take out the rubbish and break down cardboard Full-time with occasional weekends.
