Immediate opening: maintenance plumber (Virginia)

Great opportunity: we are hiring a maintenance plumber in Botetourt County, Virginia. You will be based at hotels and commercial buildings. What we are looking for: • 2+ years' hands-on plumbing experience • Familiar with pressure testing and leak detection • Two-wheeler and driving licence preferred Your main tasks: • Cut, thread and join pipes with solvent cement or threaded connections • Chase walls and floors for concealed pipework • Replace worn washers, seals and float valves • Carry out pressure testing on newly laid pipe runs • Trace and clear blockages in drains, traps and gully pits • Install and repair water supply lines using PPR, CPVC and GI fittings Freshers welcome — about 4 years of practice is enough.
