Power float operator — Maury County

Vacancy available: we are hiring a power float operator in Maury County, Tennessee. Requirements: • Sound knowledge of concrete grades, slump and curing periods • Able to work to tight pour schedules and night pours Day-to-day duties: • Carry out slump tests and cast cubes for the lab • Set out levels with a spirit level, line and pins • Patch honeycombs and tie-rod holes with non-shrink grout • Give broom or steel-trowel finishes as specified • Compact fresh concrete with immersion poker vibrators to clear honeycombing Part-time with flexible hours.
