Immediate opening: we are hiring an insulation installer in Durham County, North Carolina. You will be based on a high-rise façade. On the job you will handle: • Work to drawings, hitting the specified U-values and insulation thickness • Fit acoustic insulation to partition walls and floating floors • Fit mineral wool and glass wool batts between studs, joists and rafters • Fix XPS and EPS boards to external walls with adhesive and mechanical anchors • Prep, clean and prime substrates before membrane application • Install vapour barriers and seal all joints and overlaps with tape What we are looking for: • Able to read construction drawings and specifications • Working-at-height certificate an advantage Pay around $2,900 per month, based on your experience.
