Lift mechanic — Storey County

Vacancy available: we are hiring a lift mechanic in Storey County, Nevada. The job is at a shopping mall with escalators and lifts. The role involves test buffers, final limit switches and the emergency brake; fill in the service logbook and statutory inspection paperwork; wire up the controller, encoder and limit switches; measure rope tension and check for broken strands; install guide rails, brackets and counterweight frames in the hoistway. You should have: • Valid driving licence for site call-outs • Physically fit to lift heavy components and crawl in tight spaces • Good head for heights for pit and car-top work Pay around $4,300 per month, based on your experience.
