CNC milling operator • Chenango County, New York

Great opportunity: we are hiring a CNC milling operator in Chenango County, New York. You will be based at a fabrication and machining plant. On a typical shift you will monitor tool wear and change blunt inserts and cutters; measure features with vernier callipers, micrometers and bore gauges; run first-off parts and check dimensions before batch production; keep in-process inspection records and log production counts; machine slots, pockets, flats, keyways and contours to drawing. What we are looking for: • Able to read engineering drawings and interpret GD&T • Good eyesight and steady hands for close-tolerance work Freshers welcome — about 6 years of practice is enough.
