Join our team: we are hiring a fusing press operator in Starr County, Texas. You will be based in a tailoring workshop. On the job you will handle: • Shape collars, cuffs and lapels using a tailor's ham and sleeve board • Keep the boiler topped up and hold steady steam pressure • Fuse interlinings and fusible tape on the fusing press • Meet the daily piece target without damaging garments • Remove creases, wrinkles and packing folds with a steam iron Ideal candidate: • 1-2 years' experience pressing garments in a factory • Physically fit to lift bundles and handle repetitive work 5+ years on the tools preferred.
