Bread baker — Pulaski County

We are recruiting: we are hiring a bread baker in Pulaski County, Georgia. The job is at a cake shop. Requirements: • Knowledge of dough fermentation and proving • Able to lift 25 kg flour sacks • Able to work early-morning and night shifts Day-to-day duties: • Rotate stock and follow FIFO on raw materials • Grease and clean baking trays, tins and moulds • Weigh and mix flour, yeast, water and salt to the day's recipe • Decorate cakes with icing, fondant and fresh cream • Pipe and fill cakes, pastries and cream rolls • Check finished products for colour, crumb and weight At least 6 year(s) in a similar role. Six days a week, one day off. $3,700 per month, negotiable for the right hands. Walk-in interviews this week.
