Powder coating technician — Harris County

Vacancy available: we are hiring a powder coating technician in Harris County, Texas. The role involves reclaim and sieve overspray powder for reuse; hang components on jigs and conveyor hooks for even coverage; sieve and load powder into the spray gun hopper; cure coated parts in the curing oven at set temperature and time; mask off threads, holes and machined faces with caps and tape; set the electrostatic gun voltage (kV) and powder flow. Ideal candidate: • Aware of PPE, respirator and fire-safety norms • Able to operate electrostatic spray guns and curing ovens • Can read film thickness gauges and colour codes Full-time with occasional weekends.
