Machine operator (earthworks) • Randolph County, Georgia

Immediate opening: we are hiring a machine operator (earthworks) in Randolph County, Georgia. You will be based at a drainage and utilities contractor. You will carry out daily greasing and check hydraulic oil, coolant and fuel levels; inspect tracks, bucket teeth and pins for wear before start-up; excavate trenches for water, sewer and cable runs; load spoil into tippers and dumpers cleanly without spillage; work safely around buried services with a banksman or spotter. Ideal candidate: • Reliable, punctual and able to get to site • Confident working to fine grade and tight tolerances • Comfortable with GPS or laser machine control Rotating shifts.
