Shuttering carpenter — Montour County

We are recruiting: we are hiring a shuttering carpenter in Montour County, Pennsylvania. The job is on a busy high-rise construction site. You will box out openings for doors, windows and service penetrations; set up adjustable steel props and falsework to support the slab decking; brace and strut the formwork to stop movement during the pour; fix soldiers, walers and tie rods to resist the concrete pressure; seal panel joints and hold the correct concrete cover to prevent grout loss; apply mould-release oil to the plywood faces before concreting. Requirements: • Hands-on with timber, plywood and system formwork • Able to keep pace with tight pour schedules 6+ years on the tools preferred. Rotating shifts.
