Requirements: • Site safety induction or labour card an advantage • Know how to mix concrete and mortar to the right ratio You will dig foundation trenches and pits with pick and shovel; pour and spread concrete, then compact it with a poker vibrator; hand tools and materials up to workers on the upper floors; load and unload trucks of cement, steel bar and aggregate; mix concrete and mortar to the correct ratio, by hand or in a pan mixer.
