RCC mason — Menominee County

Immediate opening: we are hiring a RCC mason in Menominee County, Michigan. You will work at a ready-mix concrete plant. What we are looking for: • Comfortable working at heights and on scaffolds • Hands-on with poker vibrators, power floats and concrete mixers • 2+ years on RCC and concreting works The role involves: • Lay PCC blinding and the damp-proof membrane over the prepared subgrade • Carry out slump tests and cast cubes for the lab • Set out levels with a spirit level, line and pins • Discharge and place concrete from transit mixers and pumps into the forms • Float and trowel surfaces with a bull float and power trowel for a smooth finish • Patch honeycombs and tie-rod holes with non-shrink grout We offer $4,100 per month plus benefits.
