Great opportunity: head baker (Colorado)

Vacancy available: we are hiring a head baker in Dolores County, Colorado. You should have: • Basic cake decorating and piping skills • Food handler / hygiene certificate • Able to lift 25 kg flour sacks On the job you will handle: • Proof and fry doughnuts, then glaze them • Laminate puff and croissant dough by folding in the butter • Shape loaves, rolls, baguettes and buns by hand • Knead and develop dough by hand and in the spiral mixer • Rotate stock and follow FIFO on raw materials • Check finished products for colour, crumb and weight At least 3 year(s) in a similar role.
