Offshore rigger — Cass County

Now hiring: we are hiring an offshore rigger in Cass County, Indiana. On a typical shift you will establish exclusion zones and keep workers clear of the lift area; tag and quarantine any damaged or out-of-date rigging gear; fit tag lines to control and steady suspended loads; take part in toolbox talks and pre-lift briefings; inspect slings, shackles and eyebolts for wear, kinks and cracks before each use; carry out daily checks on cranes, hoists and lifting tackle. Ideal candidate: • Sharp eye for safety and hazard awareness • Ability to read lift plans and rigging diagrams • Proven experience as a rigger on construction or industrial sites Full-time, day shift.
