Formwork carpenter — Bailey County

Immediate opening: we are hiring a formwork carpenter in Bailey County, Texas. You will be based on a busy high-rise construction site. On a typical shift you will fix stop ends and kickers at the construction joints; box out openings for doors, windows and service penetrations; watch the formwork during concreting and tighten up any movement; repair damaged plywood and timber shutters; fix soldiers, walers and tie rods to resist the concrete pressure; erect wall and column formwork to line, level and plumb. Ideal candidate: • Hands-on with timber, plywood and system formwork • Physically fit for heavy lifting and long shifts A stable, long-term role with a friendly crew. Full-time, day shift.
