Forklift operator — Henry County

We are recruiting: we are hiring a forklift operator in Henry County, Virginia. The job is at a busy distribution centre. What we are looking for: • Accurate, careful stock handling • Able to read pick lists and operate an RF scanner You will charge the forklift battery or change the LPG cylinder safely; carry out pre-shift checks on the forks, tyres, mast and hydraulics; top up the hydraulic oil and grease the mast chains; log damaged pallets, leaks and faults in the defect book; assist with stock takes and cycle counting; pick and put away stock against pick lists and the RF scanner. Freshers welcome — about 3 years of practice is enough. Rotating shifts. On-the-job training and a clear path to grow. $4,100 per month, negotiable for the right hands. Walk-in interviews this week.
