Requirements: • Trade certificate in auto body repair an advantage • Confident reading insurance estimates and damage reports The role involves buff and polish the finished panel to remove imperfections; shrink stretched and oil-canned metal with a shrinking hammer; strip out lights, mouldings and trims before repair; mix and spread body filler, then block-sand to a smooth contour; read insurance damage reports and assessor estimates.
