Trainee butcher — Richland County

Requirements: • Quick and accurate on the weighing scales and order maths • Food hygiene / HACCP certificate The role involves: • Take customer orders and advise on cuts and cooking • Monitor chiller and freezer temperatures to keep the cold chain • Vacuum-pack and wrap customer orders • Dress the chilled counter and rotate stock by date • Keep HACCP hygiene records and sanitise the block and tools Freshers welcome — about 1 years of practice is enough.
