The role involves fit EPDM gaskets and brush-pile weather seals along the rails; cut and weld mullions and transoms into the frame; rout lock and hardware pockets with the copy router; cut uPVC profiles to size on a double-mitre saw at 45 degrees. You should have: • Knowledge of common hardware systems such as espagnolette and friction hinges • Able to read cutting lists and fabrication drawings 4+ years on the tools preferred.
