Paint booth operator wanted in Bourbon County

Urgent requirement: we are hiring a paint booth operator in Bourbon County, Kansas. You will work at a fabrication and coating plant. Ideal candidate: • Knowledge of pre-treatment and phosphating process • Able to stand long shifts and lift parts up to 20 kg Day to day you will apply an even powder coat with the electrostatic spray gun; degrease and clean metal parts before coating; inspect the finish for runs, orange peel and bare patches; keep parts properly earthed so the powder transfers well. Freshers welcome — about 2 years of practice is enough. Pay around $4,600 per month, based on your experience. On-the-job training and a clear path to grow. Full-time with occasional weekends.
