Great opportunity: we are hiring a lifting rigger in Baker County, Oregon. Your main tasks: • Tag and quarantine any damaged or out-of-date rigging gear • Rig and lift structural steel, precast panels and machinery into position • Take part in toolbox talks and pre-lift briefings • Set up spreader bars and lifting beams for long or awkward loads Ideal candidate: • Physically fit to handle heavy chains, slings and shackles • Able to inspect and reject defective lifting gear • Ability to read lift plans and rigging diagrams Full-time, day shift.
