Immediate opening: we are hiring an earthmoving plant operator in Mitchell County, Georgia. You will level and grade the road sub-base to the surveyor's pegs and string lines; keep a safe distance from excavation edges and overhead lines; break rock and concrete with the hydraulic breaker attachment; keep the cab clean and complete the daily machine logbook; check for underground cables and services before digging; backfill and compact soil around pipes and foundations. What we are looking for: • Understanding of safe digging near underground services • Awareness of site safety, PPE and lifting procedures Performance bonus on top of base pay.
