Elevator service technician • Nguru, Yobe State

We are recruiting: we are hiring an elevator service technician in Nguru, Yobe State. What we are looking for: • Good head for heights for pit and car-top work • Working knowledge of EN 81 / IS 14665 lift safety standards Day-to-day duties: • Service the traction motor, brake and gearbox • Set and test the overspeed governor and safety gear • Install guide rails, brackets and counterweight frames in the hoistway • Adjust door operator timing and re-levelling accuracy • Respond to entrapment call-outs and release trapped passengers At least 4 year(s) in a similar role.
