Vacancy available: we are hiring a bread and bun maker in Sierra County, California. You will prove dough in the proofer at the right temperature and humidity; shape loaves, rolls, baguettes and buns by hand; keep work surfaces and equipment clean to food-safety standards; load and unload the deck oven with a peel; laminate puff and croissant dough by folding in the butter; proof and fry doughnuts, then glaze them. What we are looking for: • Able to work early-morning and night shifts • Accurate at weighing and following recipes • Knowledge of dough fermentation and proving Part-time with flexible hours.
