Panel painter wanted in Butler County

Vacancy available: we are hiring a panel painter in Butler County, Iowa. You will be based in a car refinishing workshop. Your main tasks: • Prime and seal bare metal to stop rust • Mix two-pack (2K) clear coat with hardener in the correct ratio • Blend new paint into adjacent panels for an invisible repair • Apply body filler and block-sand to a smooth contour • Sand and feather-edge damaged panels before painting • Wet-sand and buff out runs, orange peel and dust nibs What we are looking for: • Skilled with HVLP and gravity-feed spray guns • Comfortable working in a spray booth with full PPE 6+ years on the tools preferred. $24 per hour, negotiable for the right hands.
