Cnc setter-operator — Buncombe County

Now hiring: we are hiring a cnc setter-operator in Buncombe County, North Carolina. On the job you will handle: • Adjust feeds and speeds to control the surface finish • Top up coolant and clear swarf from the bed • Run facing, turning, boring, grooving and threading cycles • Set up workpieces in three-jaw chucks and collets • Measure finished parts with micrometers and vernier calipers What we are looking for: • Able to read engineering drawings and GD&T • ITI / NCVT certificate in the machinist (turner) trade preferred 1+ years on the tools preferred.
