Now hiring: we are hiring a kitchen porter in Live Oak County, Texas. You will work in a hospital canteen. On a typical shift you will clean, drain and descale the dish machine at the end of each shift; keep the dish pit tidy, dry and slip-free throughout service; restock clean glassware and crockery behind the bar; top up detergent and rinse aid and check wash and sanitise temperatures; mop the floors and wipe down kitchen surfaces and splashbacks. Requirements: • Previous experience in a busy commercial kitchen preferred • Careful handling of cleaning chemicals and degreasers At least 5 year(s) in a similar role.
