Join our team: falsework carpenter (Rhode Island)

Vacancy available: we are hiring a falsework carpenter in Bristol County, Rhode Island. Day to day you will watch the formwork during concreting and tighten up any movement; apply mould-release oil to the plywood faces before concreting; fix stop ends and kickers at the construction joints; erect wall and column formwork to line, level and plumb; box out openings for doors, windows and service penetrations; brace and strut the formwork to stop movement during the pour. Requirements: • Confident working at height on scaffold and decking • Physically fit for heavy lifting and long shifts • Skilled with circular saw, hand tools and spirit level 5+ years on the tools preferred. We offer $2,900 per month plus benefits. Overtime paid at a premium rate. Part-time with flexible hours. Walk-in interviews this week.
