Powder coating sprayer • McCone County, Montana

Great opportunity: we are hiring a powder coating sprayer in McCone County, Montana. On a typical shift you will record batch numbers, oven temperatures and coating thickness; check dry film thickness with a DFT gauge in microns; cure coated parts in the curing oven at set temperature and time; inspect the finish for runs, orange peel and bare patches; mask off threads, holes and machined faces with caps and tape. Ideal candidate: • Aware of PPE, respirator and fire-safety norms • 1-2 years experience in powder coating or spray painting • Able to stand long shifts and lift parts up to 20 kg We offer $2,900 per month plus benefits.
