QC technician — Polk County

Great opportunity: we are hiring a QC technician in Polk County, Minnesota. Ideal candidate: • ITI or diploma in a mechanical or production trade • Able to stand for full shifts on the production floor Day to day you will escalate recurring defects to the line supervisor or QA engineer; segregate and quarantine defective or out-of-tolerance items; inspect welds, paint finish and surface defects under inspection lighting; calibrate and verify hand gauges before each shift; log batch numbers, lot codes and traceability data. Freshers welcome — about 3 years of practice is enough. $190 per day, negotiable for the right hands. On-the-job training and a clear path to grow. Full-time, day shift.
