Great opportunity: we are hiring an overlocker operator in Randolph County, Indiana. Your main tasks: • Inspect each piece for skipped stitches, broken thread and needle holes • Attach collars, cuffs, plackets, pockets and waistbands as per the spec sheet • Meet the hourly piece-rate target without dropping quality • Trim loose threads, clip curves and notch corners as you go • Press open seams or use a folder/binder attachment for bound edges • Keep an even stitch density (SPI) and a straight, consistent seam line You should have: • Understands fabric types and how to handle knits versus wovens • Quality-conscious with an eye for puckers, skipped stitches and uneven seams At least 1 year(s) in a similar role.
