Bread baker wanted in Randolph County

Now hiring: we are hiring a bread baker in Randolph County, Arkansas. The job is at a neighbourhood confectionery. Requirements: • 2+ years' experience as a baker • Understanding of food-safety and HACCP basics Day to day you will proof and fry doughnuts, then glaze them; rotate stock and follow FIFO on raw materials; grease and clean baking trays, tins and moulds; boil sugar syrup for glazes and icing; score the top of loaves before baking. Freshers welcome — about 2 years of practice is enough. Full-time with occasional weekends. Walk-in interviews this week.
