Immediate opening: we are hiring a quality checker in Perry County, Missouri. The job is in a metal fabrication workshop. On the job you will handle: • Log batch numbers, lot codes and traceability data • Measure finished parts with vernier callipers, micrometers and go/no-go gauges • Inspect welds, paint finish and surface defects under inspection lighting • Carry out first-article and in-process checks on the production line • Calibrate and verify hand gauges before each shift You should have: • Understanding of AQL sampling and tolerance limits • ITI or diploma in a mechanical or production trade • Willing to work rotating and night shifts 2+ years on the tools preferred.
