Final inspection operator — Snyder County

Immediate opening: we are hiring a final inspection operator in Snyder County, Pennsylvania. Ideal candidate: • Confident using vernier callipers, micrometers and gauges • Familiar with ISO 9001 quality systems Your main tasks: • Calibrate and verify hand gauges before each shift • Check visually for scratches, dents, burrs and colour variation • Compare components against approved samples and engineering drawings • Record measurements on inspection sheets and SPC charts • Segregate and quarantine defective or out-of-tolerance items • Check packaging, labelling and barcode accuracy before dispatch Full-time with occasional weekends.
