We are recruiting: we are hiring a kitchenhand in Crosby County, Texas. The job is in a hospital canteen. You will scrub out grease traps and clear blocked drains and gullies; polish glasses and cutlery and stack them ready at the pass; scrape leftover food off plates and pre-rinse before loading; clean extractor-hood filters and degrease the walls.
