Cnc lathe operator • Long County, Georgia

Vacancy available: we are hiring a cnc lathe operator in Long County, Georgia. Day to day you will top up coolant and clear swarf from the bed; run first-off inspection and sign off the part; measure finished parts with micrometers and vernier calipers; watch the machine through the cycle and clear alarms or crashes. Ideal candidate: • Comfortable standing for long shifts and lifting up to 20 kg • ITI / NCVT certificate in the machinist (turner) trade preferred • Working knowledge of G-code and M-code Freshers welcome — about 4 years of practice is enough. $32 per hour, negotiable for the right hands. Performance bonus on top of base pay. Rotating shifts. Walk-in interviews this week.
