Dough maker • Alachua County, Florida

Urgent requirement: we are hiring a dough maker in Alachua County, Florida. You will work at a café with an on-site bakery. What we are looking for: • Understanding of food-safety and HACCP basics • Basic cake decorating and piping skills Your main tasks: • Score the top of loaves before baking • Check finished products for colour, crumb and weight • Knead and develop dough by hand and in the spiral mixer • Laminate puff and croissant dough by folding in the butter • Pipe and fill cakes, pastries and cream rolls • Grease and clean baking trays, tins and moulds Freshers welcome — about 1 years of practice is enough. $3,600 per month, negotiable for the right hands. On-the-job training and a clear path to grow. Six days a week, one day off. Walk-in interviews this week.
