Great opportunity: we are hiring a halal butcher in Orsu, Imo State. You will work at a halal meat counter. Requirements: • Able to use a band saw, grinder and sausage filler • Physically fit to lift carcasses and stand all day • 2+ years experience working as a butcher Day to day you will weigh, price and label cuts for the display case; keep HACCP hygiene records and sanitise the block and tools; break down beef, mutton and chicken carcasses into primal cuts; vacuum-pack and wrap customer orders. Pay around ₦160,000 per month, based on your experience. Full-time with occasional weekends. Walk-in interviews this week.
