Painter and decorator — Vanderburgh County

Vacancy available: we are hiring a painter and decorator in Vanderburgh County, Indiana. The job is at a busy decorating firm. Your main tasks: • Apply primer, undercoat and two topcoats with brush and roller • Mix and tint paint to match colour swatches • Carry out snagging and touch-ups before handover • Measure up and work out paint and material quantities • Prep and prime metal, treating rust with red-oxide primer • Spray emulsion and enamel using HVLP and airless spray guns Ideal candidate: • Working-at-height / PASMA scaffold ticket an advantage • Able to mix and colour-match paints accurately At least 5 year(s) in a similar role.
